If all you have is a traditional paper print, or even a sketch on a napkin, that's all we need.  We can build the CAD files in-house, make recommendations from our experience, prove it with a prototype, integrate changes & improvements gleaned, and optimize for efficient production.

We have a 70T/96" CNC Press Brake and can easily hold bends to +/- 1deg.  We have the ability to fabricate custom fixturing for more complicated parts to ensure consistent positioning and alignment. 

We have multi-axis robotic welding services available for your parts and can produce custom fixtures to ensure quality and consistency.  We use ABB robots and MIller welders.

We can also provide you with your own turn-key robotic welding or plasma-cutting cell(s), including custom modularized fixturing, start-up support/training, and documentation - for a fraction of the price you'd expect.  

For short runs and prototypes we offer manual MIG welding service.  

We also offer traditional CNC machining services.  We currently provide basic milling and tapping as a value-added option.  This will be expanding to bring full production milling and turning capabilities in-house by 2020.

We are able to bundle services to be your complete solution.  Between our in-house services and our industrial partners you get the parts you need, up to and including complete powder-coated assemblies, in a timely fashion and without headaches.
